Yes, we have vegetarian and vegan options. They are marked with a ‘V’ (vegetarian) or ‘VG’ (vegan) beside the item. Many of our menu items can be made vegetarian or vegan too, simply ask your server who will be happy to assist.

Do you have any vegan/vegetarian options?
Do you have any gluten-free options?
We can’t guarantee any 100% gluten-free options as cross-contamination is a possibility in all kitchens. However, we do have Low Gluten items (LG).
Many of our menu items can also be made Low Gluten on request. These items are marked LGA in our menus.
Can I amend items on your menu?
Yes, some items on our menu can be amended. Simply ask your server when ordering.
What happened to my favourite item on the menu?
At Fridays, we strive to keep our menu new and exciting. We know it can be frustrating when a menu item you loved is no longer available, but occasionally replacing something with a delicious new item is crucial to keeping our menu fresh and fun.
Do you do takeaway?
Yes, you can order takeaway from any of our restaurants in store or via the MyFridays app.
You can also order delivery through the MyFridays app, Uber Eats, Menulog and Door Dash (select restaurants).
How do I make a booking?
You can make a booking online at any of our restaurants here.
Do you have any special celebrations for birthdays?
That's our thing! We celebrate birthdays by offering our guests a place where great food, drinks and a fun Fridays atmosphere all work together to make the party a memorable one. We also surprise our birthday guests to a complementary treat with the purchase of any menu item.
Proof of birthday is required, and we ask that you let your server know that you’re celebrating a birthday.

What are the gift cards terms and conditions?
1. Gift cards must be used within specified timeframe of date of issue.
2. Gift cards can only be used at TGI Fridays restaurants.
3. Paper gift cards must be used in one single transaction.
4. Plastic gift cards and PDF vouchers can be used in multiple transactions. Leftover balance remains loaded on the card or voucher.
5. Gift cards are not transferable and cash cannot be provided as change.

What is MyFridays Rewards?
MyFridays Rewards is the TGI Fridays loyalty program. It’s free and easy to join and there are heaps of awesome benefits, including:

How do I join MyFridays?
Joining is quick, free and easy.
Download the TGI Fridays app (make sure you have the Australian version) from the App Store or Play Store and complete the account registration. Don’t forget to tell us your date of birth so we can send you a Birthday treat!
Don’t forget to verify your email address by clicking on the verification email sent to you after you sign up.
How do I update my details?
You can update your details at any time through the TGI Fridays app.
Just log in, tap MORE and then PROFILE. In the top right hand corner, tap EDIT.
Once completed, tap the UPDATE button to save your changes.
You can also get in touch with our Customer Care team to assist with any account updates.
It’s my birthday! Where is my $15 voucher?
At TGI Fridays, we love to celebrate birthdays!
As our way of saying Happy Birthday, MyFridays members receive a $15 voucher on their birthday, provided they are eligible. The Birthday Reward is accessible within the app on your birthday and is valid for 30 days from your birthday. To be eligible to receive the Birthday Reward, you must have been a verified MyFridays Member for at least 30 days prior to your birthday.
If you haven’t received your Birthday Reward and feel you should have, please send us an email to rewards@tgifridays.com.au and we’ll assist you further.
I'm not receiving any MyFridays emails, what should I do?
You might have unsubscribed from receiving emails from us. To update this, just head to the TGI Fridays app, tap MORE and then PROFILE. Make sure the ‘Enable email communications’ setting is on (it’s on if the toggle is red).
It’s also possible that our emails might be slipping into your junk/spam folder by mistake. If you find one of our emails in your junk/spam folder, you’ll need to mark the sender as ‘safe’ to ensure that future emails make their way into your inbox.

I forgot to scan my MyFridays membership. Can you add points?
We can add points retrospectively for you. Please email a clear photo or copy or your receipt, along with your MyFridays membership number, and we can add points to your account.
How many rewards can be redeemed on the same table?
Each MyFridays member on a table can redeem one of their rewards.
How can I delete my MyFridays account?
You can cancel your membership by contacting our Customer Care team. Alternatively, you can head to the TGI Fridays app, tap MORE and then PROFILE. At the bottom of this page, you can opt to permanently delete your account.
